| Had a hard time doing the front page. Im not really an expert when it comes to Photoshop, but im quite confident on how i edited this photo since i kinda got what i wanted. :) The thing i like about this cover is its teaser-like appearance, not to vivid, not to dim, simply prefect. |

Final Plate for 3rd year 2nd Sem.
After days of roaming around the Quiapo Area looking for potential areas for renovation and improvation, we have finally come up with new sets of ideas in order to improve traffic flow within the area. Quiapo is a very busy area, and with these, we present you solutions to the very certain problem. HOPE YOU LIKE IT :)
